Gaseous substance in the atmosphere which is capable of absorbing Infrared radiation and thereby trap and hold the heat in the atmosphere. These Gaseous substance in atmosphere is known as Greenhouse Gas ( GHG).

The GHG mainly involves Co2, Methane and Hydrocarbons.




In this Modern Era due to high industrial revolution and increase in the usage of refrigerants and Air conditioning systems the amount of GHG release increases which leads to Global Warming.
